What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, the date and time of signup, and the signup source. We use a one-way keyed hash of network information only to limit automated abuse; we do not store your raw IP address with the waitlist.
Why we collect it
We use your email address to contact you about ProChart availability. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Aggregate site measurement
On the eForm product page, ProChart keeps daily totals for page loads and clicks that open the eForm Generator. It also counts newly created waitlist signups. These totals contain no raw event history, analytics cookie, visitor or session identifier, URL, referrer, or user-agent. Browser measurement is skipped when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.
Network information is processed through a one-way keyed hash for short-lived abuse limits and is not attached to the aggregate totals. Aggregate totals are retained for up to 24 months. Error reports may be sent to Sentry with request bodies, cookies, query strings, and identifying headers removed.
Retention and deletion
Active waitlist records are retained until 90 days after the product launches, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. Backup copies age out on a separate 90-day backup cycle.
